Organizations that embrace new technologies without adequate planning, monitoring, research, testing, and feedback from key stakeholders will inevitably confront these issues in the future. Organizations that rely on tech alone to solve organizational and business problems are doomed to fail, as they will be unable to adjust to new technologies and will incur significant short and long-term costs. For these reasons, organizations that embrace new technologies need to conduct adequate research and risk assessment so that they can plan for the unforeseen.
